URGENT query regarding transferring from one school to another while on F1(quarter to semester)

Hello folks,

I'm currently in the US on F1 and attending a school that runs on the quarter system. I have an admit from another university to which I intend to transfer by the Spring of 2013, but my current school runs on the quarter system, which means I will be finishing my first quarter here before the my first semester at my new school starts. Now, will I be out of status for this period? Or can I do something about it? Im really looking forward to this transfer, but am lost and confused regarding the whole transfer and visa process

check with the student office but I just transfered to another school and as long that you have 60 days between your last day of class at your old school and the first day at your new one , you re fine.
