what is happening, please help

I have my case # and IIN # 7days ago and was able to log into the payment portal and was able to pull my information that says " NOT INVOICE YET", just today I log in and this is what is says......You cannot make online payments for your case at this time, Please contact the NVC if you have questions or need further information.. I called NVC to find out if DS3032 has been generated yet and they said NO wait 20 business days. What is happening? can anyone share some light on this for me

If you are receiving that error message then it simply means that they are invoicing you!! :thumbs: this can take up to 48 hours however! (that is how long I waited) other than that you should be good to go!!
