I just came back from my local Hialeah, Florida immigration office (infopass) , they are so Slow and they are unable to find my file ( i hope they didn't LOST it ), after waiting 1 hours lady called me and goes that your file is in our officae we got it on june-15-2013 and hopefully you will get any information or interview lwtter in two weeks after waiting 10 months and 2 weeks ( thats stupid). So i have to wait twoo week to make sure that they find my file and after that i will have interview. There officers are not working on friday. i dont understand why immigration officaer do not work on friday.? so my field office work only 4 days a week and friday till sundau they have holidays.? WORST immigration office.

so sad to hear about this..btw, how many months does it takes you guys before you were able to file the adjustment of status..because i know some other people that they submit their AOS w/o the immunization but they didn't encounter such problem..

btw, I am sure you guys will be able to submit those documents right away..God bless..

We filed about a month after our wedding. You can file right after your wedding. File before the i-94 expires.

Thanks.

Gotta move FAST!!!

Looks like you need to send:

Form l-693 - Did you provide a copy of the 3025? If so, guess it was lost at USCIS and it's not the 1st time this happens... You have to quickly get a list of approved Civil Surgeon doctors in your area. Start calling and find the cheapest price. Do you have the Form 3025? Take this with you. Most likely, your overseas doctor paperwork has expired.

Form G-325A - Did you send this? If not, you messed up big time!

Did you follow the link in VisaJourney of what to send? http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos

Good Luck... and move fast... You are almost there!!!

K1 Visa

I-693 vaccination transcription service

Transfer vaccinations information from DS-3025 to the I-693

Need page 1 and the vaccinations page of the I-693 filled out by the Civil Surgeon. Take the shot records with you to the Civil Surgeon. The required vaccinations for AOS are, MMR, Tdap/TD, varicella(or history of chickenpox), and flu shot (only during flu season- Oct. - Mar.)

http://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/exams/ti/panel/vaccination-panel-technical-instructions.html#tbl1

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/231026-civil-surgeons-who-dont-rip-you-off/

https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices.type&OfficeLocator.office_type=CIV

Thanks for the advice. Congrats also on finally receiving your green card. We're Happy for you.

We sent everything they asked for last week. It should be in their office already (tracking indicated delivered).

Our original submission back in September included a copy of the 3025, and G-325A of my wife.

The NOID asked for I-693 and G-325A of me (the USC). I thought they only need the G-325A of the applicant.

Also, the field office that sent us the NOID was the Raleigh-Durham Field Office. I thought our field office is supposed to be in Atlanta since we live in GA.

I hope we'll receive good news soon. smile.png

Good luck and best wishes to all of those still waiting.

So....as I already said I finally did go to an INFOPASS, and most of it was expected.

Appointment at 14.30h, time helped........15.40h, congrats USCIS even with appointment you go with a delay!!!!!!!!!!!!!

About case, they said they received my case 6 days ago and will process soon. Interesting facts:

> Are the cases sent from NBC in a chronological order, and processed like that at the local office as well? ANSWER from IO: NO THEY ARE NOT

> Will I still have the interview as my case is set to interview waiver (hence taking double the time)? ANSWER from IO: maybe yes maybe not, is 50-50 chance

The worst is that I have friends coming over to have vacations together second week of august and wanted to go to Bahamas on a cruise, and I can tell that two days before we go omewhere else on vaccations I'll receive the damn message!!!!!!!!!!!! (I hope so too!)

I know people are getting told that their petition has been sent to a local office after sitting at NBC in the interview waiver pile and that they may get an interview but has anyone had an interview? Just curious. I was told the same thing, but once it went to the local office it was processed right away without an interview. i hope everyone still waiting gets approval ASAP!

Hi,

we are September 2012 filers, and had the EAD/AP card approved in late October 2012. Our I-485 is still pending. We just called to ask about the case and they told us it was recently transferred to the local office after sitting at the NBC until then. They also put in a service request as it is past processing time.

We're just wondering when we should reapply for new EAD/AP, knowing that it usually takes 3 months? Of course the hope is the green card gets approved soon, but at this rate, who knows.

thanks

I asked the same thing to the IO at my appointment with INFOPASS and she said basically just apply to be safe if I considered I had to.... I will wait until beginnings of august to do it.

Hello Everyone,

Congratulations to all those you received their Green Cards & Good Luck to the rest awaiting.

Earlier in the week we made an inquiry to find out progress with our case since it was outside the normal processing time. Very next day I received an email from

U.S. Department of Homeland Security
USCIS
301 ROYCROFT DRIVE
DURHAM,NC 27703

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

Stating that your application was recently received at this field office & will be processed in the order received.

We are based out of Atlanta, GA & the address shows Durham, NC - is there a possibility if they required us to go for an interview that case will again get transferred to Atlanta field office or will we be required to go to NC? If anyone has any insight or similar situation & can share that would be great.

Good Luck Everyone.

How exactly did you make the inquiry and what did you write? Did you just use your names or alien registration number or what?

My local Hialeah, Florida immigration office finished 4 days files in 1 month. I don't know what they are doing and how they work at least I know that they are not working on Friday . Last month they finished 2 week file and now they come to the point that they work only 4 days a week and progress is 4 days file not even one week files they finish in 1 Month. Damn Worst WORST immigration office. I have no idea what to do now.? I made another info pass.
