It is very hard to hard to get into the U.S. Embassy in Kazakhstan. You could try a refugee program, I know someone from Iran who was Christian and used this method to obtain a visa to the US. Try looking for agencies, the church would be the place to start, that offer a refugee program, it might not be to the US but to some other tolerant country.
