My L1-A visa just got approved but my employer who sponsored me will be changing office address a few weeks before I leave for the US. Do we need to inform USCIS ahead of time? Will there be any problems in the port of entry because of the change of address? Thanks in advance.

I'm guessing from your wording that you have approval from USCIS and you have passed the interview at the Phillipines embassy. I'd say there are two answers here:

1. This is a work visa, so the petition comes from your company and they would normally pay an attorney. Ask them.

2. It probably will be unnecessary, but for your peace of mind you could ask for a letter, written on company headed paper, and signed by your new HR department or new boss, that states the company has moved, with the old and new addresses.
