Hi all, I need some information about petitioning for my husbands son. My husband is here on a I-130 visa. He arrived on 6/6/12. We want to petition for his son that is still in Jamaica. Can someone give me information on what we need to do and what documents that will be needed for the petition?

if he is over 21 an not married file the 1-130 with his birthcertificate, passport copy, your lpr.or citizenship papers,it will take a long time like 6 years,we need to know the age.if he or she is married then it will take longer then 6 years.
