It can take anywhere for 2 weeks to a month..depending on how many cases the NVC has to be forwarded. Your case should arrive before your interview date.

Good luck!

You should allow for two weeks. If your case was sent out 9/11, you should start calling around 9/25 to try and schedule the interview. I was able to schedule my interview 10 days after the case was sent out to Havana. Good luck!

If you scheduled the interview you don't need to worry. It neans the case is already there or arriving shortly. Obviously, it will be there before your interview in December.

If your fiance hasn't done so already, he needs to pick up the packet and get moving on all he needs to do before the interview- the chequeo medico is the biggest headache. Good luck!

Yea I hope everything goes well. He cant pick up the packet because the case is not there yet. I talked to someone there and they said we should be calling them often to check if it arrived and then we can schedule for him to go pick it up. But I think we got plenty of time before the interview. Thanks for all your feedback. ! Good luck!!!
