How do you get rid of the "+" sign that comes with the years?

When I write 2006, you have a + sign above 06 and it's hard to tell what number it is. I tried to just write 06 but then it corrects to 0006.

Thnaks for your help.

I had that problem as well... just leave it blank and pen it in on all four copies

Which form are we talking about?

You can find many of the forms also at VisaPro they are different in that most of them allow dates to be entered differently. Try them out and see if they behave better for you.

If you have problem with typing on that area, you can simply handwrite there neatly.
