USTRAVELDOCS site schedule interview for Non-Immigrant Visas only. Immigrant Visas are scheduled by NVC.

I got Packet-4 in postal mail as well, it is same letter printer on plain paper no diff if i print email attachment.

But this is what it says:

"Begining April 3, 2012 you can register atwww.ustraveldocs.com/sv and schedule your Immigrant and Non-Immigrant visa appointments free of charge. Immigrant and Non-Immigrant visa applicants may also schedule appointments by calling 2113-0344 or 2211-9392 at no additional charge."

Granted, the NVC operator was really REALLY rude and told me no one has ever done that so they won't honor it or something.

Actually, some people had done that for those in US Embassy in Manila. Those who were approved for expedited processing. They won't go through with the interview though if your papers are not yet in the embassy which NVC will send when the expedited processing has been approved or when they had scheduled your interview. But at least, you can get a head start at the medical exam.

As long as you have interview and get spouse here, that is all that matters I can't wait to bring my wife home. I have already booked my flight to Morocco in December, and no matter what happens at the interview, I will see her again.

Most people would probably not agree with me, but I'll keep it because you might get a December interview. NVC would then send your file to the US Embassy in El Salvador prior to your December interview date. You can call the embassy prior the date that you scheduled yourself and call them if they have received your file from NVC. If they have and you have an interview date from NVC that is later than the one that you had scheduled, ask the US Embassy to find out if you can keep the one that you had scheduled.

Nope. But just got off phone with Shutterfly they had issues in production and messed up the albums so they have to start all over. So I get my shipping money back. Almost 30 bucks. So thats cool.

I guess next week if papers aren't here (I was going to say 15th was the drop dead day). Husband will have to do it all again. At least the PC he has.

Personally for me I would have sit tight and not rock the boat you don't know you doing that has sent your case to. Just saying sorry.

I know she probably handles a large volume of angry people, but honestly? She doesn't like her job? She should quit. I am an AMERICAN CITIZEN and my right to be with the man I love is being complete s*** on by their incompetent and abrasive staff. It's BS. I'm not trying to "skip the line" but I mean come on, a little friendliness goes a long, long way.

I feel your frustration and pain I do. I know mine is self-induced (husband fault LOL) but I do. I don't blame you for trying to do all you can when you can. And if there's something we arent to do why have a system that allows it. I mean what about the poor people out there drowning unecessaily in a sea of confusion who don't even know about a VJ.
