for Medical you need Interview Letter, how did you schedule Medical?

It depends on the consulate. In Manila, we do not need to schedule a medical. I don't know which consulate you are in, but it looks like the procedure for New Delhi is similar to Manila.

Please make your own arrangements for an examination by any physician on the list at least seven days before your immigrant visa appointment.

Each country or maybe each hostiptal is different.

In Taiwan, you just call in to make an appointment and they sent you a form to fill it out. On the form you do have to fill out the interview date though so we are betting to have a date before medical appointment.

That theory does not apply to all countries. Some can get their Medical early without an interview letter. Contact your embassy to be sure!
