Nvc says priority date doesn't matter b/c there are visas available for the category we filed for. Also said they're releasing dates at the end of next week.

Once your case is closed at NVC then they line up interviews based on PD for people with Calse Closed at NVC.

Even if I get an October date, I am not giving up on this thread. I want to give people hope as they wait for their interview dates.

You are speaking two things here when it comes to priority date. They are talking about the VISA numberrs assigned. We are not in that number because we don;t have to wait for a number.

what we are talking about is your priority your receipt date they go by to assign interview dates. It suppose to be not when you finished at NVC but when you first started the process that gets you the place in the queue.

Don't confuse those poor NVC operator with rpriority date stuff they don't know half od what we know. If they did there would be no need for Visa Journey.:yes:

Well, whatever it is, I'll have a nervous breakdown if I don't get a date by next week. NERVOUS BREAKDOWN.

USCIS - CSC/LOCAL OFFICE DC

12/5/11: NOA1

4/25/12: Case Transferred to Local Office (DC) for "Additional Processing"

4/27/12: Case Received at Local Office

5/15/12: RFE (daughter's birth cert)

5/15/12: RFE Evidence Sent (never received)

8/10/12: Infopass, evidence handed to officer adjudicating case

8/13/12: NOA2

NVC

8/20/12: Case Received

8/31/12: Case #/IIN Received

8/31/12: DS3032 Sent

9/11/12: ERROR MESSAGE! biggrin.png

9/13/12: AOS and IV bill INVOICED, Made AOS and IV bill payments, Mailed AOS and IV paperwork via USPS Priority Mail

9/14/12: AOS/IV marked as PAID

9/17/12: AOS delivered

9/20/12: IV delivered

9/25/12: AOS reviewed/accepted

9/26/12: IV reviewed/accepted

9/26/12: CASE COMPLETE11/27/12: Received Interview Date

01/11/13: Interview in San Salvador

03/15/13: 2nd Interview in SNS due to delayed medical report

I took my name off the list. My mom encountered a problem with her medical and would require a 2-month wait. Good thing we found out right away. She might be able to come over here before I give birth in December. Hopefully, my baby won't decide to come out sooner than my due date. :)

I've been watching this thread and waiting for my chance to get in on the fun! NVC has all our paperwork so I'm hoping for a case complete soon and praying it comes in time for a November interview to be assigned. I see the party has started for you guys, my sincerest congratulations to everyone who has their dates already....hold the door for me!!!

4 of us still waiting on Morocco...I can't wait to hear that one of us have a date so we can all call in.

we are also waiting for interview case completed 9/19/2012

Not yet...I have been waiting since early last monthh. Hopefully soon we will all hear something.

JUST CALLED NVC AND GOT MY INTERVIEW DATE FOR NOV. 6 !!!! SO HAPPY AND THANK YOU VJ MEMBERS FOR ALL THE ASSISTANCE PROVIDED !!!

August 22, 2012: case complete
October 18, 2012: Interview (APPROVED)
October 26, 2012: Picked up visa from DHL (delay caused by Sandy)
December 15, 2012: POE Atlanta....................became USC July 2016!!!!

Mothers' Journey (My sister is the petitioner)

September 10, 2013: Sent I-130 (UPS next day service)

September 12, 2013: Received text to confirm delivery

September 16, 2013: Received NOA 1

March 22, 2014: Received NOA 2

April 8, 2014: File Received by NVC

May 26, 2015: Interview (approved)..........now LPR (delays caused by 2 RFE)

My wife got interview date too for 7th November @ Mumbai consulate... Congrats to all who got it and I'm sure others will get it soon too....

I saw in last month's thread that there's a way to track DHL packages from NVC to Embassy. Here is a thread with instructions. Looks like once NVC starts sending through DHL we can start tracking!

Called yesterday no date yet. Wife's medical is scheduled for Oct 17, hopefully we will get a date before that.

for Medical you need Interview Letter, how did you schedule Medical?
