My documents have been completed for almost 3mos and yet i didnt receive any information regarding my case if it was completed..im so frustrated because my priority date is july 28 2010 and untill now we didnt receive any notification from the nvc.when will be my appointment for interview scheduled???huhuhu

Joanna, I totally understand because I was under the F2A category and my PD is Nov 4 2010, now after citizenship my case is upgraded to IR-1case. In your case you will only get a case complete notice when your consulate has visa available unlike IR/CR cases. The visa bulletin http://travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_5770.html is showing that for October, Phillipines consulate is calling those with PD before 01 June 10. maybe you will get a case complete notice and interview date by December if not earlier. But this forum is for those with completed cases especially IR/CR cases. So we might go a little off track with F2A category.

Hope this helps. Be strong my freind. It is coming to an end soon. 2 months will fly by so fast compared to the 2 yrs you waited
