First congratulations to vyx, we were the last or second last to be interviewed.

I also saw a mix of pink and blue, we stayed till 11:40.

Me being there does help the case a lot, the lady speaks Vietnamese, which is a plus for my fiancee.

She did not ask for any of the evidence we brought along.

She interviewed me first, then ask my fiancee the same questions.

How did you meet?

When did you first meet?

How many times you visit her?

Where did you stayed?

What is the name of the Hotel?

Have you met her family?

How long will I stay this time?

My question for you guys is.....the 90 days period starts the day she land or from the day the visa was issued?

08/31 - AOS Accepted

09/04 - Received confirmation of DS-3022

09/05 - Received IV invoice

09/05 - Pay IV bill

09/06 - IV showed as paid

09/06 - Send DS-230 packet

09/10 - Received DS-230 packet by NVC

09/17 - DS-230 Accepted/Case Complete

09/28 - Transfer to Manila Embassy

10/02 - Medical Exam at St. Luke's

10/08- 10/10 - Sputum Test

10/09 - Received by Manila Embassy

10/12 - Result of Sputum Test (Need to repeat)

10/16-10/18 - Repeat Sputum Test (Negative)

12/13 - Sputum Final Result (Negative)

12/21 - Interview at Embassy (Approved)

12/28 - Visa Picked Up from 2GO

12/28 - CFO

12/30 - POE (LAX)

congrats OP...just please don't come back to us in 4 months and say you married outside of the 90 days and what you should do now concerning AOS? i keep seeing this scenario in other regions and it drives me nuts.

One week already, hasn't received the visa yet.

Don't worry you will get the visa. My wife waited 2 weeks before she got her visa.

Did your girl get the Tracking # when she paid the EMS fee? If so, she can track it online.

Jun 20, 2011: Submit Documents: 1) Timeline, 2) 10 year residency(me), 3) 10 year residency(Thu), 4) Letter explaining how/where we met. Second Blue Slip
Feb 03, 2012: U.S. Consulate Investigators call Thu's residence. Spoke to Thu and Thu's parents
Feb 27, 2012: Received email from the U.S. Consulate that our case is finished processing. Requested to submit updated Police & Medical papers.
Mar 06, 2012: Submitted updated Police & Medical papers.
Mar 21, 2012: Received K1 Visa
Apr 07, 2012: Point of Entry @ LAX
