Guys guess what!! :wow: :wow:

I'm here to Share my Experience on my Medical just This days September 17 & 18, 2012.

*******************SEPTEMBER 17, 2012*************************

>--4am arrived at SLEC BOCOBO. Be aware that the building doesn't have any SLEC name Tag, it's just the

address 1177 bocobo st ermita manila. If it's your first time like me Better ride a TAXI, driver's

knows where it was located.

**first timer fall inline at left side in-front the guard desk :-)

**Things to Prepare for the guard

1. Appointment letter from the embassy

2. Passport Orig and a passport Photocopy

3. Embassy letter

you can also bring any supporting documents and extra copies of your documents so that you will

be all prepared in case they need it to you.

>--530am guard started to give number on the applicants and collected supporting documents needed and putting Stamp on you hand

>--6am entered at SLEC

>--615 ground floor --- done on registration at window K

>--630 5th floor ------ paid the fee

>--7 5th floor ------- vital sign "BP"

>--750 5th floor ------ eye vission, height and weight

>--830 3rd floor ------ X-ray NOTE : better use stairs coz elevator took time to wait, TIME is worth :-)

>--9 4th floor -------- blood test

>--930 4th floor ------ urine test

>--940 5th floor ------ Physical Test "room 5 was a nice doctor " be consistent on your answers :)

>--10 2nd floor ------- waiting for the immunization interview

>--11 2nd floor ------- done on my immunization interview, Note : be consistent on your answers :)

then got home already, be back tomorrow for the vaccination and releasing of the Medical result at 9 am :-)

My appointment is 9am,,but got early,i need to,,lol

>--600 ARRIVED AT SLEC

>--630 entered SLEC

>--9 2nd floor ------- done on my 2 shots vaccination.

Missles and Ati tetanus

Happiest and Best Part of my MEdical

>--11 ground floor --- Received my Results, everything is OK and GOOD Yay!!! happy happy!

Note: if you are fast on filing and writing things needed on form u will be done immediately.

Better check all the things you going to write especially you PASSPORT NUMBER AND MANILA CASE NUMBER

I'VE LEARNED A lOT ON IT.

u need to observed, ask guard or any employee if you dont know where to go inside the Clinic! :blink::help:

Listen Carefully on your name to be called! :blush:

The last but the least :

***Be careful and take care on your Passports :D
