We filed K1 in early march we are still waiting for NOA2. I just was typing an email for my senator. Search your state senator and do the same. The fact that your husband is a reservist should help you out. I letter from his Military CO attached to an email to a senator . Should help best of luck to the both of you.

By the way, filed for a spouse visa, we got married last October 2011 and have 1 kid almost 1 year old this month.his father can't visit bec he just got a new job...my hubby is american cit. and reservist.

hiii

my case is almost the same (wife of a us citizen), my process started in february,2012 too , and still waiting for the approval.

we called the USCIS and they said we have to wait 60 days more after 195days(6 months and some days) of waiting!

try to call the service center and you may get some information that would help.

be patient everything is gonna be fine! our turn is coming :) .god bless.

From my understanding applying K3 along with I 130 slows down the I 130 processing because they process both these applications together.I did the same thing and mine took close to 210 days to get approved, but both my petitions got approved. They bundle I 130 with k3 petition and k3 processing time is more than I 130, hence the delay. Its the donut hole in the system and it needs to be addressed or lot of people will get in to this trap.

I contacted my congressman and he was able to help me with the processing. He got it expedited for me otherwise i will be still waiting. Try contacting your congressman, some of them do help.

Mine was lot of help.
