Waiting for NVC to close my case

hey guys this is my first post on visajorney, i am waiting for nvc to close my case since august 28.

Everytime i call they say that my documents are been reviewed and then on friday i called and the operator told me

they didnt have them so i resend them. I am scared to even call them today.

What do I do. ?

What document did you send? you need to send originals, how did you send originals again?

anyway, it should be anyday now.

hey actually my agent send them through email.. and i just got off the phone with nvc and they told me that theres nothing on their system to give them a couple more days. ughh just my luck. & i am working on my timeline thank you
