My wife Has an interview date in Middle of Nov. But her Vaccination supplement will not be complete by then.

What can we do.

Desperate.

Go to the interview.

You will not be approved immediately.

They will withhold your approval until after you supply them with the supplement.

Why didn't you get the supplement earlier?

We got caught up with Getting Married (legally ) Applying and then Preparing for wedding in India and Reception in States...That this fell through the cracks.

Its unfortunate.

I dont mind if its delayed I just dont want her to be sent back to India ...

I thought that the Civil Surgeon can give you an insufficiant time interval wavier. On the vacination supplement. If there isint enough time between the shoots.

One last thing ... She recently recieved an email stating that her interview date was canceled and that it will be rescheduled. She is presently "Paroled" in the US Till Jan 28th 2007. What if her next interview date is scheduled for after the Parole expires..

I asked these questions to the USCIS dept but they are 1) Vague and 2) Uninformed.

Thanks for your help..

Wow I was looking at your Time line and we submitted The AOS on 10/28/05 and are still awaiting the interview. Did you get the interview scheduled AFTERyou went for the Biometrics appointment or BEFORE.

Also how long did it take from the time you went for Biometrics till the time you went for the interview.

Thanks for all your help

and Congratulations!!!!
