The I-130 is a relative visa. Did you get married? If so, the forms you would need to complete would be the I-130 (petitioner would need to file), the I-1145 (notification), and the 325A for you and another 325A for your spouse. This is the USCIS Stage.

The NVC Stage would be:

The I-864 (Affidavit of Support from Petitioner) ...you may also need the I-485 depending on what your embassy requires.

The DS-230 (Beneficiary)

The DS-3032 (Choice of Agent...also Beneficiary)

The OP is trying to do AOS from within the US, so there is no NVC stage.

OP, all the optional forms are free so there is no downside, but if you want to omit them, the only optional ones are I-131 and I-765. You are missing some in your list like the I-864 and the I-693 filled out by a Civil Surgeon. Good luck.,

Thanks guys for your reply. Yes, I am currently in US on H1B and already married to US Citizen, I does not have other beneficiaries.

So the forms I need to submit will be the following, correct?

1. I-130

2. I-485

3.G-325A

4.I-864 and I-693

5.I-765

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks once again for the replies.
