Filed I-130 but online status says I-129F denied?

Timeline

Here is part of the email I received...

I m a permanent resident. I filed my I-130 for my wife. I waited almost 2 years. And when i checked my uscis status it was on decision but i got the message there as stated above that i am denied for i l-129f. When i come to know this messege it is already 10 months passes. What should i do now. Plz help me.....

You should call uscis and inquire about it

I130 for mom

NOA1 March 1,2010

touched April 8,2010

email approval 6/23/10

NOA2 received 6/28/2010

NVC case# assigned 7/2/2010

aos fee bill&ds3032 received 7/8/2010

aos fee paid and emailed ds3032 7/8/2010

iv bill paid 7/12/10

iv packet mailed 7/13/10

aos packet scanned 7/20/10

iv packet scanned 7/22/10

case complete 8/18/10

Why did you send that form? no need to send it. in the first place only USC can file for the K3, the i129f is for US Citizens. In the second place, it is not in use anymore. so you wasted money on a form that you should have never sent, only the i130.

the wait is over 2 years for LPR filing for spouses. or are you confused and you meant another form? did the NVC request you to send the rest of the forms?
