Hi guys,

So I'm new to this site. not exactly sure how to start this out but basically my story is that my fiance had just finished his interview today at the US embassy manila.

He wasnt approved or denied. My mom and my cousin filled out an affidavit of support for him, and so did I. For some reason, he forgot to bring the affidavit support form from me and so the consular officer tells him to just send it to them when he gets a hold of the document..

Whats confusing me now is whether he's gonna get approved or denied. The officer had kept the paperworks he submitted along with my fiance's passport. Also they didnt give him the denial form (not exactly sure what its called)..

:)

From what you told us, sounds like the Embassy is waiting for him to bring in the document until they could approve the K1. Good luck!

If all they asked for is the 134 from you all is good  . Get the document to the embassy then give them a couple weeks, seems like it always takes awhile for the added document to find the correct file, once there they will review the file once more before issuing the visa.

Did they give him another date to return?

Once he has all they need, he should send an email or call to schedule another date for him to come back

But most importantly he should get them on time

Good luck good.gifgood.gifgood.gif

actually i had spoken to him today and he said he was given a paper with that written. A 221G,

UMM..what do u mean by RFE?

well basically the embassy gave him the 221g along with a 2GO paper so when he goes to mail that affidavit of support to the US Embassy manila

he just has to take it to the nearest 2GO in his area. but im wondering, after they receive that document,

do you think they are gonna take even longer? and how will i know if it gets approved of denied. they just told my fiance to wait. :(

The Manila embassy does not need a second interview he just needs to drop the document along with the 221g at 2G0 and they will deliver it to the embassy, once they get the document and review the file they will make their final decision.

Okay once he gets it, he should send them in

The Manila embassy does not schedule a second interview, once they get the document and review the file they will make their final decision.

Okay that's cool
