YM Chat logs as proof of ongoing relationship...

Im just confused on how to do with YM chatlogs as proof of ongoing relationship.

should i go to ym conversations and just print screen or should i transfer the chat history to Microsoft Word?

hope to hear from someone who have done this before and give me some advice..

Chat logs show proof that you have known each other for longer than 2 days and that the relationship is a sham.

I printed off screenshots of my skype conversations with her. I did 1-2 a month. That shows that we have been in constant contact with each other and that our relationship is legit.

Chat logs show proof that you have known each other for longer than 2 days and that the relationship is a sham.

I printed off screenshots of my skype conversations with her. I did 1-2 a month. That shows that we have been in constant contact with each other and that our relationship is legit.

we have skype screenshots too.. our ym conversations dated back as far as oct 2011...

haahaha that makes me laugh .. big time i can relate to that.. i need to spend .. whole day.. reading all my chatlogs and making sure i don't print xxx rated convo..

im really trying to get things ready though we dnt have noa2 yet.. just wanna make sure everything will be fine and have everything we need.. been taking skype screenshots of us talking... screenshots of our skype call histories like when and how long were the calls.. we used oovoo before so been taking screenshots there too on our call histories... and now, trying to do the ym conversations..

Yes, definitely make sure you only send appropriate content I think I read that somewhere.

Overkill doesn't hurt but you only need to make sure you have consistent history of your relationship. A couple a month, perhaps with the call times showing (like a 2-3 hour call) in my humble opinion would be good enough. Why inundate them with trivial stuff like the "No, you hang up!" lines that are just filler anyways. I may be wrong, but I just took a bunch of screenshots of the past 6 months on skype and I have the emails before then to show our relationship is on-going and trivial. Definitely don't send them messages of you guys arguing (if there are any lol).

Although I don't like how Yahoo exports to a rtf file. I could create one of those myself and make our relationship look like it's something it's not.

other way to print ym conversation is thru email.. the new yahoo email have all your conversation save to your email so even if you deleted your chatlogs on you computer and print you chatlog from your email using other computer you still have all your conversation.. and i preferred printing thru emails too coz .. it has all the information on the lower part of the printed chatlogs about when you print it, time and date of the chatlogs too.

no we didnt really have big arguments with my fiance... we prefer to talk things and understand each other.. we dnt have problem with call times coz we spend long hours everyday talking when he is home and when he is at work we chat through yahoo messenger.. i definitely made my nite like day for him.. i sleep late just chatting with him on ym then sleep for a few hours then wake up again to talk on skype... i have over a 100 screenshots already... and over 3000 ym chat conversations... lol...

yeah those are just other things to prove ongoing relationship... we have emails, pictures when we visited me, we have those snail mails, the customs form he fills out whenever he sends me packages.. i saved all of them...

I sent a convo of us arguing, but nothing outrageous I just sent anything that painted a realistic outlook on relationships. I didnt send any naughty convos tho. I just went to conversation archive and printes it directly from there

virtual relationship is not enough, you need to show them some visits to increase your chance to have your visa issued, USCIS most of the time approve the petitions (K1,CR1), the problem is the US Consulate. It's better if you can prove you visit him/her a few times during the relationship.
