A friend of mine went to the USA in Sept 3, 2012 on the K3 visa application. She already have the social security card and now she is waiting for the two year GREEN CARD at this momment, since the immigration had told her she`ll get it 1 one week. Her husband is suppose to send an application in March 2013,so I would like to know how long will it take for her to get the permanent visa when he sends the application in March 2013?

**Moved from K1 to K3 forum as the question can be better addressed there.

OP: Can you explain a little better what it is you would like to know?

Are you talking about a K1 fiance visa, she then came to the USA and married?

Or the K3 spousal visa (which would be very unusual for her to get, it is obsolete)?

Has she filed AOS (Adjustment of Status)?

How long have they been married?

I don't believe you, based on what you've written, at all.

Sorry.

Take a look at the visa stamp in the passport, tell us exactly the visa type.

Thanks !
