Hi just quick question, i am the pettioner, my mom will helped me out for the sponsor, does she need to fill up a separate i134 form???

I am under the impression that the Manila embassy frowns on co-sponsors for K-1 visas, not sure if that still applies. Since that is a embassy-specific issue, I would suggest that you may want to check in at the Phil regional forum for details, instead of the general K-1 forum.

Good luck on your visa journey.

Yes, both sponsor (you) and co-sponsor need to complete the I-134c. I suggest you & the co-sponsor complete the I-864 also as the Manila embassy can be very "iffy" with allowing a co-sponsor with the K-1 visa.

The I-134 is the document requested for the K-1, but the I-864 is better for when doing the co-sponsor route as USEM can be very fickle about allowing a co-sponsor with the K-1
