I-134 random question

Hello,

Just a random question about the I-134: If my income is enough (actually, much more than enough) to meet the requirement for the affidavit of support, but I also have funds in savings account, am I obligated to report them on the I-134 as well? Or should I just leave that part empty, and not bother with getting a statement from my bank, and focus only on my employer letter and tax return stuff?

RFE 8/2/12
RFE reply 8/3/12
NOA2 8/16/12
NVC received 8/27/12
NVC left 8/29/12
Manila Embassy received 9/5/12
Visa appointment & approval 9/7/12
Arrived in US 10/5/2012

I exceed the guidelines for income, therefore I only entered information in that column and left the rest blank. Also, I only provided proof of the income: W-2's for 2011 and 2010, Payroll stubs for the past 6 months (not paid in the summer), letter from employer, and tax transcripts for 2011, and 2010.

Gowon thinks that, even if only one evidence is enough, submitting multiple evidences if available is prudent.

If you meet the requirements with income alone, then no, no need to list assets at all. Listing assets is not a requirement. Simply leave that section blank and no need to provide bank statements. Provide your most recent tax transcript and prove your current income with a letter from your employer and most recent pay stub(s).
