Which is the best postal service for sending important documents to Peru? Fedex, UPS, or USPS??

ROC Timeline:

August 22, 2014: Sent I-751

August 25, 2014: NOA1 received

September 5, 2014: Received Biometrics Appointment Letter

September 19, 2014: Biometrics Appointment

Timeline

If you want to spend lots of money or need to send documents ASAP: use Fedex

otherwise use USPS priority express mail. It costs 38$ and get a tracking number from them. It takes about 3 days to reach Lima and 2 more days to be ready for pickup.

08/28/12: MARRIAGE!!!

09/14/12: AOS Combo pack sent via Fedex
09/17/12: AOS package received and signed by L. Martinez

10/24/12: Biometrics appointment
11/28/12: EAD and AP card on production
12/07/12: EAD and AP card received

The thing is that I want it to get to Trujillo not Lima.
