THIS QUESTION IS FOR MY BROTHERS FRIEND.SHE IS ENGAGE TO AN AMERICAN NOW AND SHES WORKING IN HONGKONG.THEY MEET THERE AND SPEND TIME WITH EACH OTHER AND AS WHAT SHE SAID THEY GET ALONG FINE AND IN LOVE WITH EACH OTHER,NOW THEY FILED I-129F LAST MAY AND WAITING FOR NOA2,SHE HAS AN 11 YEARS OLD DAUGHTER BUT HER FIANCEE NEVER MEET HER AND ALSO HER WHOLE FAMILY BECAUSE THEY LIVE HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES.HER QUESTION IS: IS THIS GONNA BE A PROBLEM THAT HER FIANCEE NEVER MET HER FAMILY AND DAUGHTER BECAUSE THEY JUST MEET IN HONGKONG AND SHE CANT LEFT HONGKONG UNTIL SHE FINISH HER CONTRACT.

Does she want the daughter to come on a K2 or wil the daughter remain in Phils? If the daughter will be seeking a visa, it may be seen as odd that she's never met her stepfather-to-be.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

as far as i know her fiancee said that they are bringing the daughter yet.says they dont have money for two petition as of yet

Daughter wouldn;t need a separate [petition, the K2 is derivative of the K1.

Not sure about the daughter but I did not meet my wife's family till after she was already here in the states. She is from the Philippines and was working in Singapore during the process so I petitioned here from there. It was not an issue at all.

02.18.11 Medical Appointment (Passed)
02.22.11 Sent in Packet 3 checklist
02.22.11 Waiting on Interview date

04.14.11 Arrive in USA (POE Chicago / No problems)

07.29.11 Third notification on EAD Card / Approval (Still no word on AP.)
08.01.11 Received EAD/AP Combo card in the mail.
08.04.11 Email Notification that GC is approved. (This came one year to the day that I sent the K1 package in.)
08.08.11 Received Welcome letter in the mail.
08.10.11 Greencard in Hand (It was actually dated 07.29.11 my wife's birthday!!)

05.23.13 I-751 sent to Vermont Service Center
05.31.13 Check Cleared (We are on our way!)
05.29.13 NOA1 (Received 06.03.13)
06.11.13 Early Bio Metrics done today. No problems. (The actual appointment was scheduled for 06.28.2013)
09.27.13 Transferred to CSC for quicker processing

10.29.13 Approved

11.06.13 10 Year Greenscard in Hand

i dont know they dont listen to me i tried but they think they know everything so its ok.goodluck to them i guess
