My wife wants to visit for the time during the process while we are going throught the NVC process, we have already been approved throught immigration.

We assume it will take about another 4 months or so going through the NVC process. She will obviously go back for the interview in Mexico, and to get her visa and enter.

Is it legal for her to Visit??? and if so how much is too much??? Help me please.

She has been visited for the summer, and she went back to mexico for a month back to her house in Mexico. But now it is too much for her to be away.

Educated responses please!!!! Thanks a lot.

She will likely have great difficulty in obtaining a visitor's visa from Mexico after having shown immigrant intent.

If you have the money then there is nothing stopping you from trying, but understand she will need to show significant ties to Mexico and this may be difficult since she is probably in the process of winding down these ties in order to move to the US.

You should consider visiting her instead, as that would probably be much simpler.

She has obtained a visitors visa permission from the US immigration and is valid for 6 months. She showed them the Customs and immigration her approval letter. And she is here now. It is ok that she will visit here for a while and return after she gets her interview?

Since she got stamped for 6 months yes, she can stay 6 months.

I am unclear why you think otherwise?

Because they told her to "be careful" when she was entering the US. And also heard that while you are in the process of obtaining the visa that the person receiving the visa needs to be in their home country. And that they con only visit for a certain amount of time.

She cannot stay indefinitely and she will need to process in her home country- the max she can stay is 6 moths, and if the meidcal and interview happens earlier, she'll need to go back. Those are the only limitations. Many people have difficulty entering the USA when a visa is in process, but your wife got lucky :)
