I really doubt they'd file charges now and if they did it wouldn't be because you called. The county clerk doesn't have the power to file anything. Even if they did, you would probably get a public intoxication charge which wouldn't make you ineligible for ROC. Relax, be honest, get the paper, and file your ROC. Unless USCIS sees a pattern that makes them question your moral character or you get a more serious charge, it is highly, highly unlikely to be an issue.

Hi guys. I have another question. i got police report and custody report from pd. and a letter from the clerk of court. when i went to the police department, the clerk explained that i was not physically arrested that i was just taken to detox. Ive read the police report and i feel so embarrass with the statements that were written and everything happened that night was in the report. and in the end of the report it was written that i was detain and was not charge of any crime. i wonder if i can just submit the custody report stating that i was taken to detention center for EMERGENCY COMMITMENT and a letter from the clerk of court confirming that theres NO RECORD FOUND under my name? and just NOT to submit full police report. I wonder if both custody report and letter from the clerk of court are enough evidence? thank you so much for your time.
