Hey everyone! I'm NOA1 September 24, with Vermont uggghhh, just hoping I sent enough evidence so RFEs won't slow it down even more. Really want to be moving to Florida in may but I think that's optimistic!!

Jacque67 you're in England too?? I'm down in Cornwall with my parents, waiting for K1 and dying of boredom. If you don't see your other half until your K1 then I really hope for speedy process for you!!

Seriously. I was just with my fiancé and we were carving a giant pumpkin. His sister snapped a picture and the first thing I thought was, "Perfect for ongoing evidence and she even timestamped it." So terrible lol

oh this made me laugh, thank you !!

GC received on the 28th of February, 2014 - no interview, no additional RFE's

Divorced as of September, 2014

NOA1 for ROC 14 October, 2014

Life goes on, my ex-husband is a moron.

Hi Cornwallloz! I'm in London, waiting out the process. Will you be meeting up with your fiance over the holiday season? I see 3 couples at VSC have received their NOA2s. I'm slowly going crazy waiting .. :bonk: :bonk:

Jacque67 -- I'm off to see him in 2 weeks time - already have so much to save for in the US but i couldnt go the while process without seeing him!

now preparing big time to be questioned at the border and hoping to be let through without a fuss. I shall report back to everyone how it goes! Really nervous that they will give me a grilling or not let me through :/

Vermont filers I think we're looking at approval some time in march...any reason to be more optimistic than that?? :( perhaps with no RFEs??

Have a wonderful time! Which part of the States does he live in? If you are visiting on the VWP and don't look nervous at the POE I'm sure you'll get through easily. Yeah, VSC approvals seem to be in March- but sometimes reality sucks :bonk:

Don't be too worried. My fiancee just visited a couple weeks ago from Colombia and didn't face anything trouble.

Hello guys!

How are you doing?

We got our NOA1 on 21st Sept., so it's almost 3 months and I have just started to become sort of impatient lately...

Well, I hope you will have Happy Holidays with or without snow and also keep up the spirit, our time is approaching day by day!!!!!!

We hit our 3 month marker yesterday, and as we all reach this milestone we can safely say we are all over halfway through the wait to approval!

Merry Christmas everyone! I hope that if, like me, you are a long way from your fiancé(e)s this Christmas, you still have a magical day :)
