Does the NOA1 arrive X number of days after it has been sent or X number of days after they have receive it? I have not gotten my NOA1 yet :(

Hmmm, we received already our NOA1 by email on the 1st of October saying the payment has been approved and that the petition has been routed to CSC. Did you filled out G-1145 so that you can receive notifications by email? Cause if you didnt, you'll only receive the hardcopy. don't worry, you'll receive it, as long as everything is ok with the payment

We used express carrier, but we sent it from Romania on the 25th(Europe time) and it arrived on the 27th(USA time). My fiancee(the petitioner) is with me here in Romania, that is why we sent it from here :)

I'm glad you got your NOA1 :)

I was thinking Feb but my timeline is estimating Christmas! Either way could be exciting! There's a chance I may be with my fiance when we get the news since he's coming here for Christmas and I'm going up there for my winter break!

I wish I could have filed sooner, but I just got out of school and had to wait until I got a job. Even though I was hired in June, I just got my first pay stub a couple weeks ago. I know it's too early to check, but I've never known the definition of patience lol.

Our Timeline

Nov. 6, 2010 ~ Met playing Left 4 Dead 2!

Nov. 21, 2010 ~ Made it Facebook official ;)

Jan. 18, 2011 ~ Held hands for the first time on U.S. soil

July 26, 2011 ~ Met his family in Canada

July 30, 2011 ~ A question, a ring, a puppy, and a YES!

Sept. 19, 2012 ~ Overnighted I-129F packet

Sept. 30, 2012 ~ NOA1 received, dated 9/21

Every day since ~ In love, in waiting, impatient!

The joy's of Fall in Vermont. Evidently, everyone is out looking at the leaves changing colors rather than processing documents. Our timeline suggests late March-early April as a likely time frame. On the bright side, Michelle will be returning home to the Philippines from Riyadh in February, and I'm going to go visit for a week or so.

There's something wrong with the process when I start thinking of a Valentine's Day week vacation in Cebu as another opportunity for further accumulating documentation for the interview.

Seriously. I was just with my fiancé and we were carving a giant pumpkin. His sister snapped a picture and the first thing I thought was, "Perfect for ongoing evidence and she even timestamped it." So terrible lol
