""""I know it's all about patience. But geesh I can't take it I'm going nuts with the waiting. It's so close now. I just can't stand the anticipation of not know how much longer. I dealt with the process pretty well but now that I know September applications are being touched I can't but help to feel anixous. """"" (BeanCamp)

I have exactly the same feelings. It has almost been 6 months for us too; it went pretty well so far and now I feel so worried...my stomach is like a knot right now ..:(

I agree.. The difficult part is the waiting.. Especially since we are separated from our fincee. I just wish I'd have known things were going to slow down so much.. then I would have fit in another visit.

This morning I saw a K-1 couple approved with the same NOA1 date just like us... I can't stop checking our Case Status on the website from this moment....

Actually, the case status of my mind right now is: happy/worried/tired/anxious/excited/sometimes exhausted/most of the time can't even explain...

It would be sooooo nice for all of us to get over this NOA2 step asap. :)

I wish everyone a nice weekend! :)

Anybody you happen to know received a second email on RFE? Its a same message, i got one on March 7th, and now on March 11th!! Still waiting on a hard copy.

Concerned...

Multiple emails are usually just a glitch. Wait for the hardcopy (you need to anyway) and don't worry about the second email.

Hi, I sent my I129f last September 2012 with a filing date of Sept. 5 at CSC. I have seen in this forum that there are Sept. filers with filing date beyond Sept. 1, 2012. I'm kinda confused about how our petition being processed.

CSC is processing *extremely* slowly right now, and they're processing petitions from July onwards still (and their priority date is still only July 18th), so the September ones you've seen are SUPER lucky and there appears to be no logic to why they've picked up those ones ahead of July and August submissions still pending.

You could get yours this week, or it could be another 2 months+ - it's impossible to say right now.
