Part of the confusion comes on their being different seminars. If you have to go through the guidance and counseling session, they have one set of requirements, and if you have to go through the pre departure orientation seminar, there are different requirements. The PDOS does require one photo per CFO and none for GC seminar.

Ok, my wife just got off the phone with CFO Cebu, twice. If you need the PDOS seminar, you must do your interview first, before you can do the seminar. However, before anyone panics, we didn't ask about the guidance/counseling seminar which is for fiancee/spouses.
