i been checking the status of my kids passport 2 days after the interview and yesterday the status says IN TRANSIT FROM THE POST,i called 2go and said they don't have it. This morning i checked it again and it says READY TO PICK UP,called 2go and same as usual its not on there hand yet.This afternoon checked it again and says THE CURRENT PASSPORT STATUS IS PICKED UP.called 2go again,still not there.Who pick up my my kids passport?i don't understand this,is there anybody here experience the same problem? share it to me please

Return of Passports by Courier Service

If your application is approved, you will receive your passport through the 2go courier service at the address provided when you scheduled your appointment. You have several options for tracking your passport:

It means that 2go picked up the passports at the US Embassy.

i know so confusing i wish they just say like your passport left embassy or at the courier now.not like this kind of status that you really dont know where is at.

sometimes people you talk on the phone they won't know the status of your package probably that was just a guess. depending on your location, courier processing of document is not just from POINT A to POINT B, it go through different offices for processing. in transit to post it means (usually) on the way to MAIN office where all documents/packages are process and sort for distribution its either directly to the customer or to branches for delivery to the customer its all depends on your location.

AOS Journey

2-22-2012 - Mailed in AOS/EAD/ paperwork.

2-28-2012 - Return Receipt.

3-05-2012 - NOA I-797C received for I-485, I-765 and biometrics appointment for 3-29-2012

3-07-2012 - Sent Notice to Reschedule Appointment at local ASC by certified mail

3-10-2012 - Return Receipt

3-20-2012 - received text/email the case is transferred

3-24-2012 - NOA I-797C notice received that the case is transferred at CSC

3-30-2012 - Received NOA I-797 New Biometrics Appointment for 4-24-2012

4-24-2012 - BIOMETRICS and same day my I-765 status is in production

i hope it will be early next week well get the passport with visa we're just here in metro manila so if its on the courier now but not sorted yet,wish to have it by tuesday.thank you guys for the reply

Patience... The finish line is in sight! Just try to remember that you are dealing with a poor, 3rd world country. Our ability to track and have tracking info. updated is very different than the Phil. I have no doubt that the "carrier pigeon" is in route with the passport. Your gal should have the passport in hand in about 10 days after release from the embassy.

Tract my visa in 2go website & it is IN-transit today 8Am

Does it mean i can ready pick it up tomorrow?? :)

this is same as mine and i called 2go the lady said it will be deliver sometimes tomorrow.this mean 2go has our passport and ready to deliver or pick up..
