F2A upgrade review time: please advise

Hi, I am in a situation where I was notified my upgrade (F2A to IR/CR) is being reviewed and I recieved this mail on Monday, September 10th after requesting upgrade with proof of citizenship on August 29th. Can someone please update me on how much time it takes for the upgrade review to be complete? I have a PD of 11-4-2010 and have filed upto IV processing and was waiting for an interview date.

Thank you. Do they inform us that it is upgraded or do we have to call and get updates? What is the next step? Is there more wait?

You get e-mail when it's updated. Are you AOS and IV packets done ?

If yes: You just wait for interview schedule. This take me a good 2 months.

If no: Go ahead and complete them.

Thank you so much for your replies. Yes, I had all these steps of AOS and IV packages completed back in June 2011 and was waiting for my PD 11-4-2010 to be current for an interview. But I got my citizenship in August 2012 and so requested to upgrade my case and I have been reading VJers have very quick responses and interview date calls from their consulates.This is my situation after upgrade:

I requested NVC for upgarde via e-mail on 8-29-2012

Recieved email from NVC stating 'Reviewing in Process' on 9-10-2012

So as per your previous reply I will wait for another 10 days to hear from NVC for an upgrade approval, if not I will call them.
