I have to write a very long address on form I-129F.

What method is best to do this?

POINT #1: This is the full address:

http://gyazo.com/115a7887f95f97edfd9019904f1a4992

No. 15, 15th corner 22nd Street, Barangay Nazareth

9000 Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental Province

Philippines

POINT #2: This is my attempt to write the address on the form:

http://gyazo.com/bc6ed5c6ebd118f570c40642ffb6c146

POINT #3: This is my attempt to direct the reader to see attachments for the form in order to see the FULL address:

I can only think of 2 possible solutions:

SOLUTION #1: What is the best way to do this? Do I simply fill in the form according to POINT #2 ABOVE, and attach a proper supplement showing the full address, as seen in POINT #1?

SOLUTION #2: Do I simply fill in the form according to POINT #3 ABOVE, and attach a proper supplement showing the full address, as seen in POINT #1?

Which solution is correct? Which solution is INCORRECT? If you have a better, and proper solution, please let me know.
