Awesome, we got our NOA2 Text message today (78 days like a lot of others) :dance:

Next the NVC will send notice to Manilla correct? Manilla will send my Fiance the papers she needs to fill on her end or will she need to find and download and fill them out herself?

Wait for a week and call NVC for MNL #. Once you have that you could pay the visa fee and schedule interview appointment. Read through the link for further instructions. Congrats!!!
