is this normal to wait the f2a visa for almost 1 month (21 working day)? who's still waiting for their f2a visa? nakakaloka na ito...

It takes years, not weeks. Or do you mean after your interview, and you were told you were approved, for the passport and visa to be delivered?

have you been interviewed at the US Embassy already?

if yes, the consul would normally say if your visa has been approved or would undergo an Administrative Review.

if approved, normal processing for the passport with visa to be delivered to you would be 3-10 working days... or more if your delivery address is outside Metro Manila.

if under Administrative Review, it could take atleast 2 weeks to 3 months before you get your passport with visa.

might as well call the Embassy or send them an email. waiting times could vary depending on your case :-)
