Sorry I forgot my password for Hleris so I created this new account.

We arrived and it was pretty crowded but this time we were called in on time. The first interview, we had to wait 45 minutes after our scheduled time. The interviewer settled us in his room and escorted our translator out. He said we won't be needing him as I can translate for my wife since we speak the same language. He first asked for the birth certificate for our son. He asked if I had a copy of it and yes I did.

His poker face made my wife uneasy but he asked me the majority of the questions.

1) how many times I have been married?

A) 1 time and she passed away from cancer 3 years ago leaving me with 3 young childrens.

2) Are you not who you stated on the application because I am showing that you once lived in Co and who is this XXXXX?

A) She was an ex-GF that we had a child together. We were never married. I am paying CS for the child.

3) So she divorced you? (He sort of grinned.)

A) I assumed so but we were never married.

4) How did you meet your wife?

A) I saw her pictures on this website xxxx.com.

He turned to my wife and asked her the following questions.

1) How did you meet your husband?

A) I had my pictures on the internet xxxxx.com and he saw and called me.

2) Did you like your husband when you met him and what did you think about him?

A) Yes I did but I was very nervous and shy meeting him the first time. It is natural I guess to be nervous meeting someone you like for the first time.

The interviwer said "OK I have what I needed and you answered the questions that I wanted." and he continues "I will approve your GC after checking something later today."

I thanked him and shook his hand.

Later that night I checked online and the following showed:

it sounds like they just wanted to ask you about the girl you had a child with.

I'm really glad you are done with this process!! Congratulations

When we came out we noticed the office was following us, all the way to the car. We reached home 2:00pm and 5:45 pm I check my status online and it was showing "Card/document production". KKK123 - OMG your interview is tougher than all of my wife's interviews including K1, first I485 and second i485. I am happy you and your hubby has passed! Our second interview officer was in a good mood I think cause we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Both of our GC interviews the two different officers have never asked for pictures though we brought them along. This is the Sacramento office. Greenie I wish you luck!

BTW - The letter said there will be camera but we were not under any camera filming or recording during the interview process.
