wow...want to thank VISA JOURNEY for the enormous help they have given me nd ma family thru this journey,i must say God helped me to sign-in this website at the right time...we have finally been APPROVED by the grace of GOD.....since there are few cr2 posts here let me start by walking thru how the process went...

in the beginning our appointment was scheduled on 7.30 on our first visit.....so we got to the place at 7 and were ushered in by the security guards who took our appointment letters......after nearly 2 hours of waiting we were cald to window 5...where the CO asked a few questions about

who petioned for u?

what visa did your mother take to the US?

what work does your step father do

what work does yr mum do

what age are u guys

what school are u in

after this questions the Co. scared us by telling us there is a memo on our file that says ma mum nd dad's marriage may be onli based on immigration purpose and therefore we must bring in more evidence to prove it was not....we were really scared...he gave us a white paper that had the various things we needed to bring circled on it.....those things were request for DNA for all the 3 chilren nd step-father mother relationship marriage evidence.so we left the place nd started gathering our documents nd the DNA

on our next visit we were scheduled for 6.30.....nd after the normal security checks....we were cald to window 6 where the CO first asked us about the evidence that showed ma mum's and dads marriage was not omli for immigration....we have him tones of documents lyk joint account...mortgage receipts....pictures...joint credit cards...donations...health insurance that had both of their names listed....the CO asked:

if ma mum nd dad where leaving together

the last time we saw our dad

our ages

he was impressed about the documents and told us evrithng was okay but we jx neeeded to bring our tax transcripts, new medical report and police report cos the previous one had expired, and by the tym we bring it our DNA wil be ready...

on our LAST visit which was yesterday at 1pm we passed the security checks nd after waiting for almost 3 hours we were cald to window 4.....the first thing the CO asked was our passport....which she checked to verify our names....nd our medical ..followed by police report ...and the tax transcripts...after going thru evrithng she finally said we are APPROVED and gave us a green paper to pick it up in October...

WE THANK GOD AND ALL MEMBERS OF VISA JOURNEY
