Just emailed the embassy to find out if they have received my DS forms yet (4 weeks 1 day later!) and they have. They said the interview will be scheduled within the next 4 weeks.

I cant wait for that letter to come through my letter box! Call for your medical asap because they can have some quite long waiting times every so often. You can call them every couple of days to get a cancellation if you want sooner than they've got too.

It's coming for sure now!! Yes I will do that right now and get my flu shot before I get to them...You had you medical in the one around Bond Street? Because I live in Lancaster Gate that is really just a walk to the clinic!

Yeah it was near to Bond Street. It was really easy to find. It says flat 3 or something but its actually on the ground floor and its the door on the right.

If you can get your medical appointment before October 1, you won't need a flu jab. Flu season starts Oct 1, so the shot is waived if you go to Knightsbridge in September.
