desperate for some advice - my US husband filed our I130 in July 2012 - I've just realised that although I have copies of all the forms and documents he submitted - he didn't keep a copy of the signed Il30 not the G325A's - Is this going to be a problem for us and if so will it mean will will have to refile - if not am I able to obtain a copy of the signed document - he can't recall the day he sent it off nor the day it was signed - I'm so worried that this is going to delay stuff even more

Filed: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Country: Haiti

You'll be fine. If by chance they were to mislay the form they would ask you for another one. VJ advice is to keep a copy of everything because if you had a copy it would be easier to resend; in your case you would just have to fill another one out.
