Hi, I have to send I-751 in 2 weeks. I have so many copies of joint bank account statements. I wonder how many you guys send them out. Is 6 months until now enough? Or less than that makes them easier to look through? Sorry, I am getting freak out with every little thing. Thank you.

I just sent one statement per each year we've had a joint account. I only sent the top page and blacked out the amount of money that was in the account, plus part of the account #. It's none of their business how much $$ we have!

Met the ole man in January 1998

Jan. 2004: K1 visa issued ~ April 2004: Got on a plane ~ Nov. 2004: GC in my mucky hands ~ Dec. 2006: Received 10 YR GC

September 2008 - US passport delivered!

Mine I'll only send the latest statement....I didn't black the amount of the money and also the account#. I didn't black the account number because when you write them a check it shows the account number also.

I'll be sending my petition first week of November or 2nd week of Nov.

I sent the full statement (which was only 2 pages long usually) showing the transactions. The transactions tied into other items we sent in, such as direct deposit slips, and payments to our joint credit cards, utilities, etc., and I felt that was an important part of our evidence showing our financial comingling.

BTW I filed in late March and we were approved June 1.
