Alright, it's in the post. I sent photocopies. We'll see what happens.

In the meantime, I see where a lot of people submitted things like joint lease agreements, utility bills, bank statements, wedding photos, etc.

I didn't submit ANY of that. I only sent the evidence requested in the instructions. Is that going to be a problem?

I think I submitted only the required evidence as well.

as you are adjusting from K1, they already have evidence of your relationship.

on the other hand not all can even get their lease (or mortgage!) agreement switched to both names, or utility bills or even bank accounts.

in my opinion you did good if you sent what they asked for. if they want something more, they will ask for it.

oh... just remembered the day I sent mine.

ended up checking all the paperwork at the post office counter before letting go of the envelope :P

Paul took it to the post office. I reluctantly let go of the package only after having gone over it time and time again, reading and re-reading the instructions, reading and re-reading the checklist here on the guide and organizing it exactly according to the checklist complete with the cover page with the table of contents ordered like an outline for a thesis, (1, 2, 3...a, b, c) with every single thing in the packet outlined on it. Now I'll be nervous until we either receive an RFE or a letter for a biometrics appointment.

Oh, and tabs...everything is tabbed!!!
