Hey guys!!!!! Im new on this forum, a friend recomended me to come visit you, see Im 23 years old and I live in Mexico, my boyfriend lives in Florida and we are planning to get married next year :dance: but we are not sure about what should we do, because we really dont have ANY idea!!!!!! Can someone tell me please what are we supposed to do??? We have like 1000 doubts about it!!!!! PLEASE!!!!! :help:

Check out the k-1 visa guide for the fiance visa(3rd blue tab from the left above in the GUIDES section) so that your fiance can bring you to Florida to marry.

REMOVING CONDITIONS

6/30/07 - Mailed I-751 via Priority Mail with Delivery notification

7/02/07 - Delivered to USCIS in Laguna Niguel,CA

7/07/07 - CSC returns I-751 packet because we used an older I-751 version. Mailed I-751 with latest(02/07) version via Priority Mail with delivery notification

7/09/07 - Deliverd to USCIS

7/10/07 - NOA date

7/12/07 - USCIS cashes check

7/21/07 - NOA received(GC extended for one year)

7/24/07 - Biometrics notice received

8/10/07 - Biometrics appointment in W. LA

8/28/07 - Card production ordered

8/29/07 - Approval notice received online

8/30/07 - Approval notice recieved in mail

9/04/07 - 10 yr GC received in mail

I'm from Mexico too.

Well, the best recommendation I can tell you is to read the guides. There you will find the answer to most of the questions.

06/30/06- "USCIS received case back from the Department of State for further review" email notification

07/06/06- RFE email notification

07/19/06- RFE received by USCIS email notification

08/07/06- NOA2 (again)

08/11/06- NVC sent to consulate, received I-797C Notice of Action confirming case is approved (snailmail)

08/14/06- Consulate receives approved petition

08/29/06- Interview

08/31/06- Visa Approved !!!

10/07/06- Arrived US with my Love !

10/11/06- Vaccines done

Hi - it's a long, hard journey - but I take heart that many people get through it. The main advice I have - do NOT try to take any short cuts. This system is faulty, stupid, and frusterating, but it's the one that we have to go through. Read the guides, then feel free to ask more questions. Everyone here is really nice - we're all going through the same thing.

January 2005: Met in Church

March 2006: Dermot's first visit to the AZ desert!

June 2006: I'm back in Ireland

23 July 2006: Engaged!

2 August: Back in Arizona without Dermot

15 August: NOA1 receipt in mail

4 October: wishing and hoping

12 October: visit to Ireland and my fiance

16 October: touched! someone did something

with our case! no change in status though.

2 November: NOA2!!!

1 February: Dermot is back in the good old USA

10 March: Married at last! - no more goodbyes

31 March: AOS mailed

3 May: I-485, Request for Initial Evidence recieved.

20 May: RIE mailed
