Received my Notice of Intent to Revoke after petition was returned after first interview.

It seems I gave so much detail on how my husband and I met that the consulate officer thought that Umit should have also given the same details even though most people, other than me, do not give out that much information when asked a simple question. What you say will be held against you. I think this is all my fault. The notice of intent to revoke says that sending more proof of a continued relationship is not good enough because people will make it look like they are having a relationship after a denial. I am so confused. I have been back to see my husband since he was denied. I have pages and pages of e-mails, photos of webcam time, facebook conversations, phone bills, proof of last trip to Turkey with photos. Should I send any of that? The question that they are holding against Umit the most is: How did you propose to your wife? He gave me a written account of the interview the day after the interview and he told me that they ask him that question over and over. He said he told them he asked me on facebook and on webcam which was true. The consulate officer said he answered the question over and over saying, I love my wife and we want to be together forever. Should I send them Umit's written account of the interview?

When I got my NOIR I used an attorney because I didn't have clue about what to send or how to put the package together. The lawyer was worth every penny. We won our appeal.

You don't have much time right. You usually get just 30 days to answer the NOIR. You need to decide very quickly if you are going to do it yourself or hire an attorney.

I have been with my husband 3 years. My lawyer had me send 3 years worth of emails, phone bills, skype chats, Western Union receipts, affidavits from his family and friends, affidavits from my family and friends and my husband and I wrote affidavits about how we met and so fourth. The lawyer guided me every step of the way and I gave her all the documents and she put them together in a neat package along with her statements to USCIS.
