Wife Wins DV 2013: can I be the Principal Applicant?

I put separate applications for DV2013 and my wife's name turned out as the winner. Must she complete the Principal Applicant's form (DSP-122) or I can fill up that form instead and she can be named as the beneficiary? I ask this because on the Principal Applicant Form DSP-122, there is a question about the applicant's job in the US; well, my wife has not much chance of getting a job and supporting the family financially. Or may be I am totally wrong in thinking along with this line.

Your wife is the winner. She is the principal applicant. You are her derivative beneficiary.

If you file as the principal applicant, the case will be denied because you are not a winner of the DV. The computer system does not and will not recognize you as a winner.

The person that won will be the one screened to the educational/occupational requirements. If your wife does not meet those requirements don't waste the money ,she and you will NOT get visas.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
