Hi guys

Just wondering, I have now filled out the following forms:

DS-230 Part 1

DS-156

DS-156K

DS-157

DS-2001

Had my medical today also.

SO my question is, do I send ALL those forms off to the embassy or do I only send the DS-2001 and the DS-230 Part 1? I've read different things about what to send and when.

Thanks : )x

Follow the instructions from London. http://london.usembassy.gov/iv_15.html They tell you what to do. And hurry up with those forms because your petition approval is about to expire if your timeline date is correct. NOA2 date?

Some of those are to be sent in duplicate. A cover letter with certain info is mentioned in the instructions. All forms are mailed in. Documents are carried to the interview.

Thank you, this is really helpful.

Yes I need to send these off asap, really worried that the schedule is running out.

Do you think it would help to hand deliver the documents rather than posting?

You can't hand deliver to the embassy or even send bicycle courier. Others have tried. They will extend the petition if you get something in.

In your cover letter state you still are seeking a K1 visa and request an extension of the I129f petition approved on your behalf. They won't send any kind of confirmation to that, but it will be extended.

When you go to interview, I suggest a new letter of intent from the USC. Generally nobody takes that to London unless they get past their 4 month expiration without sending application forms in.
