Yes above statement is right. Just make sure to include a photocopy of his passport with the stamps on it and don't forget to include hotel receipts or any proof that you met within two years, remember, photos are just secondary evidences. Good luck

I would send some of the evidence (photos of you 2 together, hotel receipts, airfare tickets, passport with stamps, phone records, emails, chats, etc) with your I-129F application. Then after you send in your application, you’ll want new evidence from your I-129F application date to your interview date to bring to the interview.

Here’s a guide that shows exactly what you need to file your K1 visa:

Here is the K1 visa guide, it is really helpful. It will tell you everything that needs to be done. My fiance and I completed all the paperwork, it is not too difficult at all. You just need to be organized.

We will be glad to help.

Not true. Or I miss read. The Petition Must be Filed within a LESS Than 2 Year Period. After that.. Proof of a Realationship must be shown. So I say: Not Meeting withing 2 years. Has No Effect.. The Petition must be Filed under the 2 year period. Not of having met within that 2 year time is Null and has no Affect. A properly effictive 129-f and NOA2 sent oversees this.. Petitions can be extended. But, you must File the 129-F in 2 years or less.. The above States: As long as you met within 2 years.. I have to dis-agree.. File the Petition before is the requirement. Correct me if I'm wrong. But, I don't think so....

You just had to have met face-to-face within the 2 years prior to filing the I-129F petition. Send proof of that meeting with copies of passport stamps, boarding passes, ATM/debit/credit card receipts showing usage in the other country during the time you were there, and some photos together during that visit to back up all that other primary evidence.
