urgent: 221g recieved -please help

Hi everyone

My wife had her innterview this morning, they took her passport but requested w2S for joint sponsor

The problem is my joint sponsors w2 is only 25% of his income, the remaining is from self employment

They have tax transcripts and business schedule

The personal income is from the same business

So are they going to combine the w2 and the bsiness self employment ?

Thank you...I'm so excited but scared

What do I send?

What do I send?

W-2's come from employers but self-employed people still must file tax returns. I would submit to them the W-2's from the co-sponsor from the last 3 years (if applicable) AS WELL AS the tax returns from last 3 years and business schedule/whatever other documents.

So my wife got a 221g for joint sponsor's W-2s, do i have to send the entire AOS again or just what the embassy needs?
