Material misrepresentation-real stories and advice

Do any of the long time members or any of the applicants have any real stories and occurrences of "material misrepresentation" to share with the board. I need to get a feel for the situations and actions that "material misrepresentation" was discovered, noted, and dealt with by USCIS. Thanks in advance for everyone's experience and knowledge with this.

There are lots of different types of material missrep. Is there anything specific you are looking for? A search of our forums will get you some examples. I remember there were a few recently that were denied because they said they were single when they were not or the other way around.

There was one recently where the person had previously immigrated under a false name and had obtained fraudulent documentation to support the current application.

These are good.

In my case I'm wondering if "when she went for her K-1 interview she said she loved me, but I have photographic evidence of her with her lover" that constitutes fraud and as the definition states "willful and deceitful" misrepresentation.
